Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) is a chronic progressive disease, and its prevalence on the rise around world. Despite advances in pharmacotherapy, mitigating burden of disease individuals, societies healthcare system remains challenge. Remission has emerged as therapeutic target T2D with wide range interventions. A plant-based diet seems to be promising achieve this goal.
